Breathwork on the Beach is a unique experience with the breath and the ocean to reset your body, mind and spirit to love and calmness. Breathwork releases emotion, stress and trauma from the body and thereby allows more love, peace and lightness to be felt within.

In this session we will use breathwork to access deep love within while making peace with the body. For many, it is an experience unlike anything else.
As you lie on a mat on the sand, listening to the waves and music in the background, Jamie will guide you through an active breathwork experience to allow your body to access a loving peaceful state .

**If you are new to breathwork this is a great place to start. This breathwork is likely unlike anything you've experienced. It is different than yoga breathing and it is different than meditation. In many ways it is hard to put into words. I will be guiding you through step by step to make it easy. Most people feel incredibly calm at the end of the session.
**It is not advisable to do breathwork while pregnant
**Note: Feelings, emotions and sensations may emerge during the session and can be uncomfortable. Everything can always be modified or toned down. The result is feeling lighter and calm at the end.
