Fulbright Dental personally invites you to join us following our June 1 Surf Club (from 7-9 a.m.) for a special breathwork session on the beach led by Jamie Lovelynn at 9 a.m. Knowing the crucial role oral health plays in overall wellness and longevity, our mission is to make the dental care experience more feel good so that you can live healthier, happier and longer. Our uniquely proactive, wellness-driven care is complemented by our dedicated team and comfort amenities in calming, beach-inspired offices in Downtown Manhattan Beach and the Redondo Riviera Village. 

Join us for a feel good morning of self-care, where Dr. Faist and Dr. Fulbright will share more about healthy sleep and breathing, Jamie will lead a 45-minute breathwork session, and we'll follow with coffee and community. All attendees will receive special swag and are encouraged to share content and learnings with your friends and followers. We can't wait to see you!

Breathwork is a powerful therapy to release stress and shift internal state to calm and feeling good. Breathwork allows the monkey mind to turn off and the body to heal itself through it’s own natural medicine and wisdom. Breathwork is a way to calm the mind, heal the body and align the spirit. Though we all breathe, Breathwork uses specific and intentional breathing patterns to release tension and stress in the body to get to a meditational, calm and blissful state. The effects of Breathwork are long lasting. This is especially great for anyone who has tried meditating and hasn’t felt a shift.

Breathing with intention has been a part of my journey of finding myself, finding peace within and also healing physical pain in my body.

Breathing with intentional Patterning (Breathwork) is an ancient form of medicine therapy and a way to facilitate transformation faster than through our minds.

Breathwork has completely changed my life and that is why I am passionate about bringing these patterns to those looking for a natural way to tap into their truest self and release the stress, chronic pain or anxiety. Or if you are simply wanting a deeper energetic connection to yourself and nature—this is it. Breathwork is the most powerful healing modality in the world and yet it’s still barely known. It is on the rise and will soon be as widespread as yoga and meditation.

Breathwork is a way to release and transform. In today’s world stress, overwhelm and worry have become the norm. Often we have suppressed emotions that have been tucked away for years. Breathwork allows us to naturally release these stuck energies, emotions and stresses in the body. Often we don’t even know what it feels like to be vibrating in calm energy. Breathwork guides the body to do it’s own transforming and releasing.

I use these Breathwork techniques in my coaching and also offer 1:1 sessions and workshops. I cater the sessions to the desired outcome- stress relief, power reclamation, or trauma release to name a few. Sessions vary in length and intensity.

Meditative Breathwork 1:1 sessions are guided laying down on a yoga mat on a flat surface. It is important for these sessions to be in a quiet, comfortable space for the entirety of the session.

With a clear mind, calm body and an awakened spirit, it is inevitable that the spirit begins to express in new ways. Many feel inspired and especially creative after a session.

Important Note:

This experience may be unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. Feelings or sensations may arise in the session that are uncomfortable and unfamiliar. This is normal.
