Moonset over the ocean at dawn. My favorite day of the month. It’s even more special because it is rare for the day to be clear enough to actually see the moon. Many of these mornings I wake up, go to the beach and find a thick set of clouds. Because it’s not a guarantee, its even more special. Of course, in the summer, there is a higher chance. I had a good feeling about this morning and yes, it was so beautiful and soothing to watch. Wow, nature is incredible. The full moon setting into the pastel pinks of dawn just above the horizon. The sun rising from the opposite direction at nearly the same time.

Nature, it’s so soothing and allows us to return to harmony. Being in it, feeling it with our feet, grounding into the earth is the best. And viewing nature, even a photo or video, creates a physiological shift in our nervous system and our body.

I am so grateful for the moon, the ocean, the sand on this beautiful morning and each and every day.
